These terms and conditions ("Terms") set out the basis on which London Drain Clear Ltd provides drainage services in England. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
About us
London Drain Clear Ltd, operating as an area-based mobile drainage service across North London. Email info@drainclearance-london.co.uk.
Our services
We provide drain unblocking, drain clearance, drain repairs, drain maintenance and CCTV drain surveys to domestic and commercial customers across North London and surrounding areas.
Quotes and pricing
- Quotes are based on the information you provide to us. If on inspection the work required is materially different, we'll talk through the revised price before we proceed.
- We do not charge a call-out fee for our standard service area.
- All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Bookings & cancellations
- Emergency call-outs are subject to availability, and our quoted response time is a best-faith estimate, not a guarantee.
- Planned appointments may be rescheduled by either party with reasonable notice.
- If you cancel less than two hours before a confirmed appointment, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable cancellation fee.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of work unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We accept bank transfer, debit and credit card. Late-payment interest may be charged in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 for business customers.
Our liability
- We carry public liability insurance.
- We're responsible for the work we carry out. Where we make a mistake we will put it right.
- We aren't liable for pre-existing defects in your drainage system, for damage caused by other parties, or for consequential losses (such as business interruption) except where required by law.
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the issue and the property.
- Provide safe access for our engineers.
- If the work is at a rental property, confirm that you have permission to authorise it.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with our work, please email info@drainclearance-london.co.uk as soon as possible. We aim to acknowledge complaints within one working day and resolve them within ten.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
